Open Wheel Power Rankings – The Latest

The Wheatley Chronicles – Volume IV, No. 21

Lonnie Wheatley, TULSA, Okla. (June 9, 2016) – Hodnett, Clauson, Hagar, Johnson, Bayston and Weaver. Those are the latest names atop the Open Wheel Power Rankings.

Greg Hodnett leads the way in STIDA Winged 410 Power Rankings, although Donny Schatz is coming on quickly. A recent hot streak has Bryan Clauson back atop the Infinity Shocks Non-Wing 410 Power Rankings, Derek Hagar extended his Rod End Supply Winged 360 Power Rankings lead after a strong USCS Speedweek, R.J. Johnson leads the way in Beaver Stripes Non-Wing 360 Power Rankings with Stevie Sussex on the move, Spencer Bayston takes the www.midgetmadness.com Midget Power Rankings lead into POWRi Illinois Midget Week and Paul Weaver has moved to the top of the 305 Power Rankings presented by Dodge City Raceway Park.

STIDA Winged 410 Sprint Car Power Rankings – Top 50 (Through June 8):

Greg Hodnett retains the top spot in the STIDA Winged 410 Sprint Car Power Rankings. But, he better not get too comfortable, as perennial frontrunner Donny Schatz is quickly closing in on the Posse shoe.

Racking up his ninth victory of the season with last night’s World of Outlaws score at Putnamville, IN, Schatz is within 25 points of Hodnett as he vies for the number one ranking for the fourth year in a row.

Daryn Pittman, Shane Stewart and Brad Sweet round out the current top five with David Gravel climbing a pair of positions to sixth with the hot hand as of late. Chad Kemenah has been rolling along nicely as well, climbing three positions to break into the top ten at ninth.
