Open Wheel Power Rankings – The Latest

The Wheatley Chronicles – Volume III, No. 51

Lonnie Wheatley, TULSA, Okla. (June 18, 2015) – With only two more weekends remaining in the first half of the 2015 season, Donny Schatz is among the leaders trying to establish a dominant stance in the latest Open Wheel Power Rankings.

Schatz ended a “dry-spell” of three weeks to extend his lead in STIDA Winged 410 Power Rankings with other current leaders including Robert Ballou in Infinity Shocks Non-Wing 410s, Justin Sanders in Rod End Supply Winged 360s, R.J. Johnson in Beaver Stripes Non-Wing 360s, Darren Hagen in www.midgetmadness.com Midgets and Jordan Ryan in 305s presented by Dodge City Raceway Park.

STIDA Winged 410 Sprint Car Power Rankings – Top 50 (Through June 17):

Twenty-one days was enough. Donny Schatz snapped that “mini-slump” with three victories in three races over the past few days to extend to his lead in STIDA Winged 410 Power Rankings from 63 points to 133 points.

Even with a Port Royal triumph that pushed his season win total to ten, second-ranked Hodnett lost ground on Schatz with Kerry Madsen holding on to third as Shane Stewart jumped ahead of Paul McMahan for fourth.

Danny Lasoski made his way into the top ten while Craig Mintz cracked the top 50 after his first Fremont score of the year.
