Aaron Reutzel had been close plenty of times before at Black Hills Speedway, only to fall just a position or two shy of victory lane.
The Clute, TX, racer finally put the Dissolvalloy Downhole Revolution/BC Fundz No. 87 Triple-X Sprint Car in Black Hills Speedway victory lane by topping last Saturday night’s Lucas Oil ASCS National Tour “Rushmore Rumble” at the Rapid City, SD, track.
“It was about time,” a relieved Reutzel said. “I think we’ve led laps every time there, then always had something go wrong. This time we finally put it all together.”
With another “W” in the books and the Lucas Oil ASCS National Tour points lead well within striking distance, Reutzel will gear up for the upcoming events in Knoxville, IA, by pulling double-duty in both the 410-ci and 360-ci ranks at Knoxville Raceway on Saturday night…
