Schatz Stretches STIDA Winged 410 Power Rankings Lead over Gravel & Sweet

Lonnie Wheatley, TULSA, Okla. (March 28, 2017) – With just three rounds of action remaining on the World of Outlaws California Swing, Donny Schatz has extended his early lead in this year’s STIDA Winged 410 Sprint Car Power Rankings.
Racing to victory lane already nine times in 14 overall North American starts and finishing lower than second only twice, Schatz already has a commanding 143 point advantage going into Wednesday’s action at Placerville.
In his wake, David Gravel holds down the second spot after picking off the win in the recent Tulare opener while Brad Sweet has jumped three positions to third after winning Saturday’s event at Stockton.
Daryn Pittman and Tim Shaffer round out the current top five with the balance of the top ten including Shane Stewart, Jason Johnson, Rico Abreu, Kerry Madsen and Brian Brown.
Following Wednesday’s WoO card at Placerville, the balance of the weekend’s Winged 410 events include:
Friday – Keller Auto Speedway (WoO), Attica Raceway Park, Williams Grove Speedway
Saturday – Perris Auto Speedway (WoO), Atomic Speedway (OSCS), Lincoln Speedway, Mansfield Motor Speedway, Mercer Raceway Park, Port Royal Speedway, St. Francois County Raceway.
