PERRIS, Cal. (November 11, 2017) – With two full nights of action in the books at Perris Auto Speedway’s 22nd Annual Oval Nationals, Alabama native Kevin Thomas, Jr., sits atop the overall point charts going into Saturday night’s finale.
With finishes of fourth and second in preliminary action, Thomas, Jr., has racked up the most points to lock himself into Saturday night’s $25,000-to-win Oval Nationals championship finale. Others locked into the Oval Nationals championship feature include Friday winner Brody Roa, Chris Windom, C.J. Leary, Justin Grant and Thursday night winner Chase Stockon.
In the USAC National Sprint Car title chase, Windom takes a 12-point lead over Grant into Saturday’s season finale.
