Winged Wednesday – Hodnett & Hagar Leading Power Rankings

The Wheatley Chronicles – Volume IV, No. 24

Lonnie Wheatley, TULSA, Okla. (June 22, 2016) – With Sprint Car Speedweeks in full swing, Greg Hodnett holds onto a slim lead in STIDA Winged 410 Power Rankings and Derek Hagar holds down the top spot in Rod End Supply Winged 360 Power Rankings.

Sam Hafertepe, Jr., was a big mover in Rod End Supply Winged 360 Power Rankings by racing to last week’s ASCS Speedweek championship with Kyle Larson making a big jump in STIDA Winged 410 Power Rankings with four podium finishes through the opening five rounds of Ohio Sprint Speedweek.

STIDA Winged 410 Sprint Car Power Rankings – Top 50 (Through June 21):

Greg Hodnett is keeping the Posse atop the STIDA Winged 410 Power Rankings, but not by much though as Donny Schatz has closed to within five points of the Central PA rep for the number one ranking.

While Schatz has closed in on Hodnett, Shane Stewart used a pair of wins over the past weekend to move past Daryn Pittman for third while Danny Lasoski broke back into the top ten.

Among the most notable movers among the top 50 is Kyle Larson, who has shot up to 20th on the strength of several strong All Star Ohio Speedweek outings after being just outside the top 50 previously.
